Mads Hansen, MD, DMSc, serving as the Director of ZEMA Pharma Consulting, is a board-certified specialist in both hematology and internal medicine.

Mads brings more than 10 years of experience from the Pharmaceutical Industry, including roles as Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology/Hematology in the Nordics and as Medical Director at Amgen, covering both Denmark and Norway. Mads possesses extensive clinical experience, having served as Chief Consultant and Head of the Lymphoma and Myeloma Clinic at Rigshospitalet, University Hospital of Copenhagen, Denmark. In addition Mads, through his work at the Danish Medicines Agency, has worked for the Danish CHMP member, conducted EMA clinical assessments, and participated in EMA Scientific Advices.

Using his professional skills and experience, Mads has achieved significant results making life-altering medicines available to patients. Mads' passion led him to establish ZEMA Pharma Consulting, which specializes in supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies with how to use clinical data strategically in different arenas.
